Currently the PMUA is unregulated and does not respond well to complaints. If you wish to file a complaint against the PMUA, please attempt to resolve the matter with PMUA. You are encouraged to send your complaint to PMUA in writing. If the response you get from them is unsatisfactory, please contact your council member. In addition, you can send us an e-mail about the issue. You can certainly send us a copy of your formal complaint to PMUA and we will add it to our repository. This will help DumpPMUA.com to accurately track what is happening with residents' concerns.
